Yea im gunna do a plug chop I finally got my clutch fixed and everything works good I know its got fmf gold series pipes but not sure on anything else lol

Can I just remove the plastic gear off the auto oiler and block off the line to the carb the guy I bought it from just removed it and left everything hooked up I thought about buying the kit but just for the time being whats the best way to go about it

Yea I put it back together and squeezed the clutch and it pulls out on one side I ordered one off ebay just time to play the waiting game

Ok so I started to look at my clutch basket today ant theres a bolt broke off theres only four bolts that hold on the clutch plates

Well I got clocked at 61 so I imagine im running factory gears its got bigger tires on it too im not sure how to explain it exactly but if I got it in 5th and half throttle I can put it in 6 and full throttle id be on the top of the powerband

Aight ill make sure u get them lined up I was just paranoid cause it would just stay in the powerband in 5&6. Just seemed like it was a polaris how they rev out if that makes since to anybody lol didnt know if that was normal behavior or not on these things

Do u resoak the clutches each time u put them in or is it just the first time u install them should I resoak the old ones in atf if I put them back in

Alright is there dots all the way around it ir is there one certain dot I glanced at it when I had it out but it was dark and just seen the ones all the way around the basket

It was atv four stroke oil and looked like the dots werent lined up right you think I should keep the clutches for a backup set I got the heavy duty clutch kit so I mite as well put it in just wonderin if I should junk em or save em

Well I got the old clutches out and they look new actually they look just as thick as the old ones the kid had been running atv 10w30 in it there was still dots on the plates that came out of it do u think the oil could have been makin it slip or is it just my imagination of them slipping

I finally got my clutches do I soak them in type f and how long do I soak them for

My tires rub on the black plastic guards behind the foot peg it dont really bother me tho

Not sure full fmf exahust without baffle the tires are 22x11 dirt devils the clutch was slippin in upper gears 5&6 sounded like one gear

Just bought a 89 blaster took it to the strip and decided to run it ran 19.7 @61 mph with clutch slipping dont think its soo bad

Thanks guys I appreciate it just bought it took it out today and had a blast how hard is it to replace the clutches I read alittle bit about it main thing I seen was lining the marks up and somethin about a ball bearing?

I think I figured out they need changed I was reading on here and someone said they slip 4-6 thats what it felt like
