Blaster wheel studs are pressed into the hub, super quick fix (but not highly recommended) is to weld the stud on the back of the hub.....best best is buy a 2nd hand hub of Ebay...probably be as cheap as buyin new studs and pressing them in yourself

ok simple things first...check ignition - switch on fuel - petcock on make sure fuel is flowing to carb (2stroke oil in rear tank if not already on premix and fresh fuel) If it has spark and compression then start at the back an work forward make sure air filter is clean Clean carb, check...

i ran that exact same set up and probably maxed out just over 60....gold series pipe pipe usually takes away some top end....well i think it did, but it deffo improved bottom and mid range pull...depends on where u ride i suppose....a bigger rear sprocket and a SST pipe is more top end speed focused

I think im going to go with the hotrods assembly....full kit all in$237.97 (£150) then i'll just have to order the case splitter, crank installer and flywheel puller.....im sure there are ways to "improvise" but this engine calls for proper surgery and the rite tools will make life easier...plus...

Hello again!.....well i built my leak tester and guess what.....i have a leak!! as soon as i pumped air into the engine i could hear it immediately come out of the breather tube.....i thot this was not normal so i blocked the tube to see if i had any more leaks.....alot of air is coming through...

yea i bought the bike with head issues...think u commented on a post of mine in a previous thread with the loose head bolts....it wasn't long after that she lay down on me! there was a slight piston slap so i replaced the rings, new gaskets, re torqued all lovely, heat cycled and then drive hard...

when the bike first seized it was completely stock with standard 230 main jet....the piston wrist pin was blue showing signs of extreme heat which made me think of lack of oil and overheating...the piston didn't break just scored and scraped a line in the cylinder...other people told me that...

The previous seizure was due to over heatin an possibly a lack of oil-was at the beginning when I first got the bike-was flat out on it for few hours with little breaks-was a total noob then but still learnin an lovin it-jus not the cost so gonna try do everything write-I only dipped the end of...

yea i ran it with the air box lid on all the time.....ran amazin.....then thought that if i took it off it would go even better now that it was all rejetted and many people have done it on a 260 no sweat.....but no....it ran crap and bogged down top end :( im like 100ft ASL so dont think that...
