I just rebuild my bottom end an reused the clutch plates.... I have the pushrod and ball bearing in and its adjusted correctly... when I pull the clutch in completely i can feel it isn't fully engaged.. and its hard to find neutral.. The basket was slightly grooved and plates were a little...

so i pretty sure im gonna do the diy advance timing this weekend, my only concerns are the possiblities that i shear the timing key on the crank not getting the flywheel tight enough... and has anyone who has done had any problems with the stator plate moving or not being able to tighten it down...

I just rebuilt my 04 blaster top and bottom end.. it had a stock top end so i went with a vitos forged super stock piston that requires jettiing, besides the piston it also has a fmf fatty and powercore, with vforce3 reeds, and open air box....... my question is should i heat cycle the quad to...

so im putting a bottom end back together, and i just sealed everything back up and put the shift arm on, and it seems to go through a 2-3 gears.. but then it clearly isnt grabing the rest .... could i have put the shift forks on backwards, or is there position the shift cam should be in?

So I split my case today and discovered a crack in my case.. the crack is on the inside where the crank sits, it's toward the front away from the trans and any gear oil... should I replace e my crank case or can i get away with a small crack with a little more liquid gasket in that spot

So im rebuilding my top end for the first time and the entire skirt on the intake side is broken off... does this mean I have to split the case and remove all debris... and if so how hard is it to rebuild the bottom end...

i'm redoing my top end, should i replace my head studs and bolts, and anyone know if the torque specs matter?

S o I have a 92 warrior for parts.and the carrie an axles catchup perfectly, the only difrence is about 2 inches. BASICALLY I just wanna some feedback from people with widened axle. Do they like it and are there any downfalls. ....
