I think I have a air leak, but not sure. My toomy I bought off of someone and it didn't come with a gasket to go from the toomy to the cylinder and I have a little burt oil coming out between the two. can that cause a airleak? what can I use for a gasket on this? Thanks

I am going to go and make a tester today. That 165 Main is what came with it from vitos for the bbk. I had a 175 laying around so I put it in. once I get leak down tester made I am sure to find something but I hope not.

I retorque all the nets and my main jet is a 165 and poilt jet is a 55. I put in a 175 main in today seem to help on topend. needle clip in the middle. I moved the clip down one and lost some power so I moved it back. still having bog at just touching the throttle. I even palyed with airscrew...

no i didnt do a leak test because I dont have a tester. also didnt recheak the tork on the bolts, ill do that today. I have the airscrew in half from almost seated but didnt really fix anything. I do see my exhaust has some burn oil leaking out from the bottom of it where it hooks to the motor...

Ok I have a 2004 blaster that I am working on and putting a bbk on with a 34 carb on it. I know it has the tors on it still but my qustion is what does the tores do and do I have to unplug anything off the tors when I put my new carb on for it to run right. Thanks.

Well like I said both ran grat and clutchs worked fine. Where could the ball have gone just by pulling that rod out? I'm confused.

Both bikes cluchs worked just fine before I took off the motor.

When you pull the clutch there is a rod that goes in the motor and it turns tomake the cluch engauge. Its on the mag side of the motor on top of the crank case next to the chain sprocket.

I only took a motor off one blaster and put it on another. Its doing thhe same thing on my other motor too. I did not open the bottom end on eather motor. Just took the clutch rod out of the top of the side of the motor to take the bottom of the off

Ok I'm confused. I am putting a motor on my blaster right now and just bolted it on. I am hand turning the cluth rod that goes into the motor (rod that goes to the clutch) and I have it in gear to make sure things are working ok but its not engaging the clutch to open so the weels turn freely...

do you know what angles and stuff I would need. I dont have my blaster with me right now. Thanks
