ok so it might be a air prob. Here is some more info. When i first got it running with the piston and rings it was very powerfull. I then tryed to hook up a tether switch and it would only run with it out LOL. Then i just hooked up the key to the CDI orange wires to kill it. It would barly move...

All the black wires from the TORS are cut and taped off. I just took off the key from the CDI wires and i have alot more throttle but it start to boog when it full throttle. could this be a jetting problem?

Im getting gas to the carb. it poors good. And when i pull the carb its full of gas. Could the mix be too much i have it at 40/1

OK i have not checked the comression with a tester yet. I will be heading to Harbor Freight tomorow to get one but i put my hand over the hole and there is a realy good amout of air coming out. I dont think i am getting fuel to the piston,,,, plug is almost dry when i pull it out.
