Well, I believe its an original 1989 cdi box, believe it or not. Its the only thing left that hasn't been replaced. Just gotta fine tune the new lectroncarb now that everything is kosher. What a relief. Been on this thing for too long now. Thanks for all the assistance. Greatly appreciated!!!

I only run alcohol and not gas on a lectroncarb. I would call lectron and ask them a good starting point. If I had to take an educated guess I would suggest 45mm on the needle and open the pj wide open and slowly decrease it down as needed.

Yeah. What metering rod is in it and does it have a powerjet or no? I run the same carb. If you dont pay cloae attn when first setting these up you can get waay lean on top end. Hence of there is no power jet you could/should add one.
