To be honest it has been so long since I have removed the TORS system and I have never done it on a 03-up bike. Use the search feature and try and find more info. Sorry I can not be more help.

i have two blasters one works great and the other one i bought for my wife did but now its messing up. its a 2004 bone stock when you start it it idles fine but when you give it gas in wants to die but if you let off it idles i see people talking about the tors system but when i disconect it it will not start when u plug it up it starts fine. i took the carb off and cleaned very well im all out of options someone please help me get my wife back in the mud lol thanks
