I filled my blaster with straight petrol, does this do any harm, and do you need to use (mix) OIL.

Yes you MUST use mixed gas, recommended 32:1 mix, if not you will cease the engine
Depends on if the factory oil injection is still being used or has been deleted ?
If the factory oil injection system is still functional and the tank full of a correct injection oil (Yamalube and others designed for injecting) then the fuel tank does indeed take straight fuel.
If the oil injection system has been deleted and the injection port on the carb blocked off, then it will require fuel/oil mix.
32:1 is the most common and recommended mix ratio, and has the most jetting info available for.
mixing may also require a main jetting increase to compensate for the less fuel to air ratio created by adding oil, and plug chops done to determine that.
