i just got done replacing a head gasket and also noticed a broken reed. i could see the piece (almost a whole petal) between the crank and engine case. i tried rotating the engine backwards and pulling it up but of course it fell down in further and out of sight. if it was just a little piece...

i live in central ohio and ride a lot at wayne national and perry. i have ridden krash in new lexington and crow canyon and both are good. we also take a few trips every year to WV and ride H&M. check out Buckeye Riders

make sure the flywheel bolts are tight and also torque converter bolts (if it is an auto)
