Hey Rebel. Ok For the lip of the wheels I used Rusteum gloss paint. But I prepped them first by sanding, applying primer, then masking them. For the plastics I used Carbon Fiber Vinyl wrap. It sticks pretty good but I got wrinkles on the ends, and on some of the curbs. I am going to redo them soon. I also painted the wheel hubs and front hub screens too. Its not hard at all, was actually fun.
