I had a blaster with a dt270 engine. I sleeved the cylinder, fitted a 75mm piston from a waverunner and installed the +4 crank. I think I have the cylinder laying around my garage, I will post some pictures if I remember.

Yes, u need the 125 pump and the sprocket!

It will bolt on, but you have to change the gear box and primary gear for running the water pump, or get a dt125 water pump. And u will need the stator, cdi and battery if you want to use the powervalve

The piston, rod, crank, and carb are the same. The porting looks similar but the head design of th DT is better

I have a dt top end in my stock cases. You need the cylinder, head, dt 125 water pump and its cover, radiator, and hoses. If you cant find the dt125 water pump, u need the dt200 clutch and crank gear. To put the prmary gear you need to make a bushing for the clutch
