It really all depends on what is going on, but usually in these cases the bottom end could be having problems, which means splitting the cases/ replacing bottom end, new motor, etc, lotta work, and no one wants ot do it plus hurts the price of the bike sale. As yours is all stock except for a pipe and tires it will not be worth much in its condition, just a heads up.
