i put new axle bearings in my sons 2000 blaster and when I put the sprocket on all spins well. When I tighten the firs nut it doesn't. It seems that when the axle nut is snug to the sprocket it is pushing the sprocket into the bearing seal and it's slowing down. Am I missing something. The...

If it comes down to it I will do hydrolic. There is no way I would pay $65 for that part.but if I can find a cheap one that will get him by for now I will do that.

Part number 16. It's hard to tell from the picture but it has a tab to hold itself into the caliper itself and has 3 notches that hold the actual brake mechanism in place

Just need the plate guide. Circular piece with 3 notches and one tab on the outside. The sooner the better as my 9 year old is bugging me to ride it.

Found the part. 2xj-25689-00-00. $63 is the cheapest I have found.
