my blaster has the same exact problem... its an 01 and i removed the tors but didnt do anything .... help??

the plug is still clean

it seems fine but it bogs sorta its like it wont rev past 1/4 of the throttle when im pressing full and when the gas is almost empty it revs fine before it dies

the compression is good, the plug is good, it just wont go into powerband..
