  • I did a dyi port job when I rebuilt it. Mostly a clean up job. Looking forward to seeing the difference with an aggressive port job.
Im doing port work in a couple of months and reworking the head. Now I'm on the hunt for a carb. I think with what I have planned, that exhaust will put me right where I need to be!
Yeah, wow! What a difference! The fmf was great, don't get me wrong but, WOW! This thing pulls from bottom to top!
i have to look around. i have some of my rebuild pics on MelonBERRY rebuild thread. im working on my first rebuild. i'll be back next friday working on it. hopefully finishing up on most of the work..
Should I get these LONESTAR RACING™ BRAIDED BRAKE LINES from Parts Unlimited ATV & UTV
got them nerfs on ebay, they're originally ltz 400, i had to cut out 5 inches and reweld them, make my own footpeg posts on blaster mounts, and also weld on a new mount for the rear under the fender braces
they are also so tight to my pipe, i have to remove the right side to get my pipe off
but worth every pain for the protection the provide me
i have another set saved in my ebay for $169 if you'd be interested
hopefully my dynoport will be here friday, i talked with them today and they sent it out... Ken still has my top end, doing a port job, he said it will be about 3 weeks to get back...
tecate builds are in progress. One is tore apart and motor is apart on the bench.Going to spend some more time on them soon.Just trying to finish up my wifes blaster build and my new upgrades to mine and I will be on it.I bought 2 just for that reason.lol I won't have to go looking everywhere for parts.Plus they were the right price. Did you post pics of the tri-z??
Yes i polished my dynoport, and mine doesnt have any factory dent that i have noticed
