I am probably going to have to cut me frame to accommodate the right bend pipe for my WR200R motor swap. Does anyone have any photos of frame mods to accommodate a right bend pipe?
Much appreciated!
Hi guys, anyone with intel on the clutch plate stack height? Total thickness of all plates together? I gather its around 28mm, but trying to determine the extent of wear on mine.
Vito +3mm crank in there by the looks of things. that piston been eaten. sure it ran without a filter or a very dirty one. lack of maintenance and poor jetting there.
agree with Larry. start inspecting, make a list of the obvious, then start stripping, pull that bad boy apart. as you go, (and if you have any mechanical knowledge) you will soon find out what needs attention. watchout for:
bent a-arms
frame cracks/bends
swingarm cracks
axle bends
A-arm bushes...

I cant find the exact link quickly to the thread that explains how to perform the test, but basically you need to determine if your motor is air-tight. Any air...
Use genuine Mikuni jets...jetting is specific for each motor, do a search on the forum. You need to leak test, then plug chop. but ballpark you looking at 270 - 300.
Im sure you mean Reed valves. your stock carb is a Mikuni 26mm. apparently the PWK28 is a good swap for a not so modded bike. Otherwise you need to look for a 35mm Keihin or so. However, a well jetted stock carb does a fine job.
Lekker, cool man, ya riding space is good, regular fun enduro rides all around our area plus we do our own Wildcoast trips usually once a year or so.

Give that carb a good clean. Check your reed valves. change the plug, leak test and try again, if no go, you going to have to look into other things, the stator, TORS, magneto key, hole in piston? etc...
You shouldnt need to go bigger than 280, id say you are close, but the reeds allow more air, so you would need to provide the extra fuel to compensate for that y jetting bigger.
