do you happen to have the cylinder jug still from your part out?

i measure the distance and its around .007" the number on top of the piston is 573mo6725. the last 4 numbers are the bore size right? Someone who had this thing apart for me hogged out the piston sleeve by the transfers so there is no way this can get another bore. what a facking gomer X(

what is the biggest clearance i can have?

I pulled apart the blaster a couple weeks ago and saw that it has had a couple overbores. Right now the piston size is 67.25 and there is definitely blow-by on the exhaust side. My concern is that the piston skirt is too thin towards the bottom as is, let alone to rebore to 68. any thoughts?

i just pulled the blaster apart and saw that the overbore is 67.25mm. or at least i think so. The last 4 numbers on top of the piston were 6725 so that was my guess. correct me if i'm wrong! If not, would it be fine to go to a 68mm? or does any have any other suggestions. I'm porting the jug...

correct me if i am wrong, but the throttle valve size determines how big of a bore i can do on my carb. the problem is... i have no idea the size of the stock throttle valve as my carb is together right now and it is really wore out anyway. Anybody know?
