I marked wide open throttle and no throttle ,then scribed every 1/4 throttle. this will aid in plug reading for jetting. you can set the governor screw to each of four throttle positions to achieve consistent throttle position while reading plug chops.It's hard to get it perfectly in the same throttle position for plug reading just by feel alone
