While I am a firm believer in the 2nd amendment. I have no problem with gun control ( I said control not ban). I'm fine with background checks, I think we can all agree we probably don't want people like Ted Kaczynski or Richard Ramirez or any other violent criminal toting a gun of any kind (or a sharp stick for that matter). But on the other hand Why should I have to pay an arm and a leg in taxes and fees and then jump through hoops (with one arm and leg) just to own a full auto. I'm not a criminal so why cant I buy one just like a normal rifle. I hear all the time "there is no reason that anyone (civilian) needs a full auto". I dont need one, I want one and I shouldnt have to justify that to anyone. I really just enjoy the loud noise, the recoil, The fireball coming out the end, and putting lots of holes in an old washing machine.
As far as the president goes, I could care less who is in the office he is really just a tool for all these lobbiests, so all we can really do is hope for the best and give him a chance. Who knows maybe he will stick to his word and stand up to the lobbiests and do whats best for the country. I have no right to complain about the president since I chose not to vote because I really couldnt decide who was better/worse. So I hope for the best and wish him luck. I feel we should all at least give him a chance before we judge him.

Well you have to have a job that you pay taxes on to get the money. It would be dumb to give the money to people that dont deserve it. EVERYONE I know with a job got a stimulus package from Bush. I got almost $600 and the rest of my family and friends got $600.
