Thought it was the crank bearing, but theres no up and down movement, The guy I bought it from said it was bored .40, but the cylinder doesnt look honed out. Im gonna get the Hot Rods Top and Bottom End kit, aswell as a new cylinder.is there a needle bearing missing on the lower connecting rod?

Newer to this stuff, it has a oil block off, I mix 32:1 Klutz. The oil actually looks richer then I would have thought. I will take pictures of the piston its a Namura.Little info about your set up. Oil injection or pre mix? Kind of oil? Jetting,/ mods? Temps?

Top of pistonBy looks of iron liner at bottom there's plenty of "meat' for boring. ONLY bore enough to clean it up. Nothing gained by going Max bore
Is it Klots with bean oil ? What's the temperature where you're at?least Had you been riding for a while or did it stop shortly after starting it?
Actually wanted pic of crown/top side of piston , but lack of grey ash on underneath shows crown wasn't overheated.
I haven't figured out how to cut/paste with this tablet, but search "Two stroke piston diagnosis" good pics of different failures.
Im thinking the guy said it was a new top end, piston looks new I'm thinking he never broke it in. May the be a concern? You think I can put this back together until I order the Vito's big bore with 3 mm crank kit. It rips still, just has the top end vibration.Blaster has sent me a couple of messages about this problem.

Don't know how to ID a stock or Niche cylinder. I know Ken has a Utube vid on on stock, Vito's, CT, Airsal ID, but that was before junk cylinder came around.
