brand new toomey kits come with a 310, (some say a 300, but the pipe reveiw thread says differently, 310 ..unanimous decision)
thats with the pipe,filter and airbox vents
i'd get a 310, 320 & 330, start large and work down,
doing plug chops to confirm each jet
as for the vf3's, my #1 choice for reeds, they're a known biotch to seal, i use a thin coat of hi temp copper permatex on both sides of all gaskets, and a leak down test should/must be performed to insure your motor is air tight, before any jetting can be done sucessfully
