a 240 bbk or a stock cylinder with a big bore sleeve if not what is so differant from the two besides the obvious?

i think the big bore sleeve starts at 72 mm bore and the vitos bbk bore starts at 74mm someone correct me if im wrong, i would go with the vitos bbk because its cheaper
i might buy a stock cylinder with the sleeve already installed thats why im asking it's far cheaper then the full vito's kit but i would need a head with it then get the big bore gaskets and such i think idk im in the middle of 3 rebuilds and need to get them finished (well actually only 2 atm im decideing what to do with the 3rd one... might do a swap or just part what i can and keep the frame for a spare)

72mm starting point for all BBK's, and you only get 3 overbores, not sure what they are
im thinking about a 240 ported head mod build i have pmed you about the head mod so now im wondering on your porting skills ? are you up for the job this cylinder will need a head could you make me one since i have 3 spare one's?
