what size main should i have?

I have a vito's 240 BBK. toomey B1 expansion chamber,air box lid off,stock carb,tors disconnected but not off the bike,aftermarket reeds but not sure what they are,UNI filter i think those are all the things that would effect jetting so with those mods should my main be around 320 or higher. This is just wanting to know what to start with. once i get the quad back together ill do a plug chop and fine tune it.

a 320 main sounds like a fine start HOWEVER, you are really choking down that BBK with the stock carburetor. You'll never see the full potential of a big bore kit with a 26mm carburetor.

I agree with civic. That's a good starting point for a stock Carb. But an imported Vito's kit ur probably gonna want a 30-32mm Carb. And then a ported go 34-35mm to really open it up

Yup agreed, if you don't give it the air and fuel it demands, it will not give you the goodies!

I do plan on having it ported and buy ing a bigger carb in the near future but right now i just want to put it back together and ride. So 320 would be a good starting point?
