this was my former co-worker and friend, he wasnt wearing his seatbelt thursday night and it cost him his life

FORT ASHBY, W.Va. — Forty-seven-year-old David A. Wolford was fatally injured in a single-vehicle accident late Thursday on Dan’s Run Road.

West Virginia State Police Trooper S.A. Nazelrod at Keyser reported Wolford was partially ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene following the 11:40 p.m. crash.

Police said Wolford was operating a Ford Bronco II and not wearing a seatbelt when his vehicle traveled out of control and struck an embankment.

Fort Ashby Volunteer Fire Company, Short Gap Ambulance and Maryland State Police Medevac helicopter also responded to the scene.

thats fairly common for a bronco to roll, i always wear my seatbelt, many of my frineds dont, some had to pay the hard way

thnks guys, it was crazy i just seen him that day he was putting a new set of speakers in his bronco, he worked as a mechanic and was extreamly good at it i was his helper for about a year and half like i said he taught me alot
