I think when you jailbreak it you might be able to by pass it.. I just did mine so i could have cool themes for my phone

edit: by pass, i mean use other cellphone providers

yeah i got this phone nokia 5310 but its locked to a certain network and i cant use it
with my current number umless i get a restriction code

i downloaded a program one time but never used it, it was called "universal sim card unlock", maybe do a search for it, i think i got it on limewire, but better watch dl'in programs on there, definately run it through a virus scan

I have a friend who use to do it a couple years ago when they just started coming out with mp3 phones but he got in a lil trouble so he stopped doin it
