The needle and seat is in the second pic! There could be a varnish build up inside, which can be removed by revolving a Q tip dipped in toothpaste in it. The rubber tip of the needle could be damaged as well, or the the O ring around the seat could be split.

Yeah this is my first bike of my own and I had no idea what to look for I replaced the zip tie with hose clamps and bought a carb tube kit and put it on.
