I've had foot issues for about 10 years now just always went away after a day or two. This time it's been, hurting for 10 days! So I went to have it looked at tonight, Found two bones spurs! Podiatrist time!

I just don't like the idea of them "grinding" it down, something sound bad about that!
What would cure it is a good hard ride on those toothed pegs!!! SIKE!
Lots of beer is good for starters!
the doctor messed up on the surgery and kept doin stupid stuff to try to make it better...
i just sprained my ankle last sunday.. the swelling is almost gone

I think that's the problem with my right heel. It feels like I'm stepping on a pebble sometimes . It comes and go's.
About time to modify the Blasty to electric start.
I've actually been tossing that idea around in my head and have most of it figured out.
