So I am rebuilding my old blaster for my kid down the road. While messing with the carb, I won't go into detail, but I ruined it. I had a couple of banshee carbs, and put on the left one. Started it last night for the first time in 15 years.
Okay, my question. The banshee carb has a port hole where the rubber tube connected to the other carb. Can I run a tube from it down or do I need to fill it?

thats the choke crossover tube, to use that left carb on a blaster, that port needs blocked off.
preferably with the correct size vacuum cap from any auto store

Would I be okay filling it with a epoxy of some sorts?

that could possibly work with the correct fuel resistant stuff.
I patched a float bowl crack and held for over a year with quicksteel brand epoxy putty.
I finally replaced the bowl, the epoxy was still holding strong and leakfree
