reed bolt broke off

depends which one it is, I know at least the kicker side bottom one the threads stick thru and out the other side,
I've grabbed those exposed threads with vise grips and threaded it out the backside.

i have also used these broken bolt extractors, but you'll need to remove the engine from the frame to get a drill on it, or use a right angle drill

These are the easy out style bolt extractors that I prefer to use. Both work good but I have always had good luck with this style of extractor. Drill it out, tap it in gently to seat it and turn it as you would.

Edit: I just did a general search for the shank style. There may be better priced ones on ebay out there or better brands.
