Dune port with vito's pipe w/ a 30-33mm pwk carb (bigger if you go with a stroker and/or big bore) check out my signature as this is a kit designed by Kennedy. Flotek, Kennedy, or Wildcard will be able to get you exactly what you want just ask them.

Dont get a dune port unless you are only going to be riding Dunes. An aggressive trail port will be just fine for Trail riding and when you do take it up to the dunes it will do well up there.

A dune port is pretty much good for the dunes and dunes only because it is built for mid/top performance. If you are doing any kind of trail riding your going to want bottom end to pull out of the corners.
