as most people know the sound of a pipe degrades over time and doesent sound so well after awhile. so what im wondering is has anyone on here ever did anything to clean the pipe out real good and get all the old soot and crap out so it will sound nice and tingy again??

Burn it like you suggested in the other pipe thread , other than that maybe Spray Some Purple power-Simple Green In it and then Pressure Wash it ?

I would say pour some in and Cap the ends and shake it up some and then pour out the Remaining Liquid And let it sit for a Min or two so some of the fuel evaporates then light it with a stick or Something Long , maybe something holding it down in case it does decide to Blow up

Just run some sort of degreaser in there and pressure wash it like you said. I wouldn't burn it cuz I would think if it's used to high temps normally anything thats in there might just bake to the walls. YMMV

get that little mouse in your pipe a new, sharper hammer,
the ting-ting will return.
