So when bikes running it won't go in natural, if I turn off goes in fine...what can it be fluid is up to level.

Than you just got back from rebuild too..when I got clutch kit it said to use fully synthetic 5w 30 can that cause it
If you just put in a new clutch and it doesn't work properly, I'd tend to want to blame the clutch. It is likely just mis-adjusted and won't disengage all the way while the bike is running.
Have you adjusted it properly? As in, does the arrow on the cluch arm match up with the mark on the engine case when the clutch just starts to grab? If not, you'll need to pull the clutch cover off and adjust it internally.

I'll have to check it.out this weekend if I can't adjust by cable what do I adjust by the clutch springs
I was wondering the same thing... 5w-30 is awfully light oil for clutch duty. I've always run and recommended 10w-40 no matter what brand of clutch is in there.
I think its driveline or powerline I don't have box in front of me ...clutch grabs good just don't wanna go into neutral
