how do you check the oil lever on a blaster?

I have an 02 Blaster and the window to check the level is on the kickstart side, right behind the footpeg.

I have a stupid question regarding the oil on a blaster as well. Are two seperate areas that need oil or is it just the trans oil that you see in the window? Or is there a trans side with oil and the engine side with oil? Havent really investigated it myself figured id ask

There is only the 2 stroke oil which goes in the gas and the trans oil.
