etched it is....and for those pics i just had it hooked to a battery....6 blue leds in a homemade strand made by a buddy of mine on psj...(zillafreak)
i am going to run it up to the light switch so it comes on with the lights

it looks good but i wouldnt of put the l.e.d.s in it cuz if you look at it in the pic you can see that its not cut straight.nice work tho
I think he means the metal ring yb did you cut it with a jigsaw? A holesaw might give it a smoother finish
Yea the metal ring isn't perfectly smooth but that pic is up close...I doubt anyone would really notice it without getting down and looking at it real close. Would only take a few minutes with a dremel to smooth out the edges, but I think it looks sick as it is.
