Just the Boyesen holes, no porting or polishing or head planing or whatever.
Just one thing at a time. Try it and be honest with the results.
These cylinders go on and off so easy, it is no big deal to have it off and on a half dozen times in a day.
So you can take it for a spin, pop the pipe, carb and cylinder off, drill the Boyesens, put back together and go for another spin before lunch.
Polish the exhaust port after lunch and see how that works. Understand?
