anyone ever try lowering the rear end a bit on there blaster for mx. like the old 250r's with the linkages. just curious cause ive never seen anyone do it yet

You could lower it by about 2 or 3 inches by installing a rear banshee shock but it wont be very comfortable.
we had our round house cust. built for longer travel shocks, most connect on top. Using a good shock with the correct sag is what your goal should be. use a good rear shock with the correct length shock and set the sag for your best results
