there's not a wiring section so i figured i would post here, I have a 01 blaster that had the headlight removed and a custom 1 added, was there a key? if so can i add 1 again? i noticed there is a bunch of cut wire's near the seat and was there a neutral light or maybe an overheat light? i know my old tri-z had an over heat light

you can add a key, or any kill switch by connecting any black wire and black/white stripe wire to your switch of choice..... key, kill or tether

The cut wires under your seat are probably TORs wires.
The little light was a "check oil" light or otherwise known as "fag light". Most people laughed at it because you can see your oil level from a mile away.
Yes they had keys, yes you can add them like Awk stated above
