I rode my bike on weds after installing my new head. Anyway everything was torqued to spec and like normal the bike started first kick, today I can't get it to light off.

Here are my questions, will the head need to be retorqued?

I have spark according to the checker, maybe a lack of ground bc of paint on the head?

What sort of ignition system problems could be present? System wise.

Tors has been removed , reeds are new and unbent/chipped, and I have replaced the plug.
And there are no leaks internally.

Did you do the proper heat cycles before you rode the bike?

Heat up to operating temp than allow to cool completely, a minimum of 3 times, then re tighten head bolts.

Check your compression, it is likely if you did not do heat cycles and re torque that the gasket is leaking.
