It has a brand new plug and is getting gas it shot it out of the exaust it acts like it really wants to but doesn't help me please thank you

Bad reeds ?
Flywheel key sheared allowing it to rotate out of time ?
Possibly flooded the bottom end with fuel ?

If you cant fix it, take it to a shop and donr forget its a two stoke so you need to take care of it, alot more then a 4 stroke, leak test, inspect piston ? Torque everything

It sounds like the crankcase is flooded with excess fuel and oil.

Turn the petcock off, drain the carb bowl, take the plug out and with the throttle wide open kick until your leg hurts.

The float setting maybe wrong or the needle and seat dirty not stemming the flow of fuel.

Hold a rag over the plug hole as you kick , when it no longer gets wet the bike should start with a new plug...
