I started a thread about the possibilities of a crank case inducted blaster using a dt200r motor, basically tye same as a wr200.. i had no response or input. But i went ahead and built it using a vito big bore top end . Basically i cut off the blaster intake and filled it with liquid metal , i also cut the sleeve skirt to match the crank case intake..i has to trim the fins slightly to get it into the bike..i also "o" ringed the cylinder in place of copper head gasket . I also cleaned up all the ports and flowed tye transfers.. im running a 30mm lectron carb and fmf pipe ...
It has transformed the bike..firstly much louder..and more vides..anyone who has ridden a dt200r..will know they a a butter smooth very linear power delivery..it has be come a very agressive lil power house. It has surpassed expectations im very happy with it cant wait to get it dirty..
