How can i connect Koso rx1n rpm counter?

Hey guys,
i need help.
Since a few days i try to connect my koso rx1n speedo on my 2005 blaster.

There is a cable which is to connect arround the ignition cable. but this didnt work.
Are there any possibilitys to connect my rpm counter on my blaster?

I think it clips to your sparkplug wire

it is suppose to go around you plug wire and then grounded
