so for the record, since you asked about selling price, here's mine, I get $35 shipped w/ exhaust plug included.
oh, and I do use a 0-15 psi gauge
but you have to provide your own air source, no fancy sphygmomanometer bulb
do your thang blasterman, but don't expect to get rich.
I just do it so everyone has access to them
it costs you UK bro's an extra $27 for me to ship them over there.

How long does it take to pump up to 7psi? i had wondered about that in the past
also 15psi gauges are hard to come by. we found a 30 and thats the lowest we got at a store. have to use eGay like awk has
never tried one, but i've considered adding the pump bulbs, but it'd be another $5-7
as for the 15 psi. gauges and other parts, buying in bulk is the only way to keep the costs down.
I got my gauge at ACE hardware. Just don't drop it like I did, they break. I got my pump bulb at a local medical supply house.
