dont know what kind of throttle cable i need for this carb for my 2006 blaster can anyone help

is it a oem carb looks diff in your pic anyhow
if you buy the whole kit you wont half to worry about it

im sure someone can tell you but not likely you got a 30 dollar carb brand new ?
im guessing the cheap carb should hook up to the origional parts that are left over?
what is wrong with your stock mikuni carb?
sounds like a headache for months to come with jetting/my blaster wont run right ect..
you really should get a origional carb either used off e-bay or summin
there is no way a brand new mikuni carb cost 30 dollars
save youself a nightmare in the making,also it is friday the 13 where i am lol

The carb on it poors gas out soon as i turn the gas on had it rebuilt did the same thing the screw on the bottom of the carb by the drain hose head is striped and wont come out didnt know what to do so found a cheep carb to put on i just use it to ride the kids around and once in awhile ill run it up and down the rds

you dont really need the drain screw rig it if you half to
but more then likey it could be this....

if it is the drain screw fix it and send back the 30$ carb

the floats or needle and seat could very well be the problem
unless you feel the drain screw really is not seating and strippped
most of the heads of the drain screws are stripped but rebuild it if necceasary
that 30$ will be more work in the long run...

Ill give it a try first thing in the morning hope it works it will be alot better than having to deal with taking the tors off

if the problem is leaking gas then that far out ways
the 30$ carb in my opinion.........
try to fix your origional mikuni
post pics, question's ,search ect...

So i cleaned my old carb again use the toothpaste hooked it back up still poored gas out taped it a few times on the side it stoped. Good to go for now anyways thanks

you might have need to replace needle and seat on the floats.
turn off the gas when you are not riding
if the floats are getting stuck it will run like crap.
check to make sure floats don't have a pin hole in them
or they will sink not float he he

I checked the float seemed good bought the rebuild kit and changed out everything not sure y it got stuck but ill keep a eye on it
