Anyone have a lot of trouble fitting the f7 pipe on or any other right bend? It seems like it doesn't line up right to the mounts and where the pipe goes over the head it is very close to touching the head is this bad?

I'd think as long as it isn't touching, it'll be alright. Left bend pipes are the same way... they're tight to get mounted, but that makes them tighter in general which I think is good. I don't like rattling parts.

they are tough as hell to get to fit

this is what i did

instal the header but leave all of the bolts loose

fit the silencer on and loosely install the further most bolt

then tighten everything up and all should... work

thats how they are bro, a slight trade off for awsome power !!!!
i've also found it to be way easier to have the flange hooked to the pipe, not the head, get the pipe into place, then bolt the flange on
slide the stinger end in toward the area where the carb is, then the flange end will curl around into the frame, it is also way easier if you remove the fender support, but not necessary
