Can anybody tell me what does it mean to have your Bike honed and how to do it

google and youtube would give you millions of answers. hell even ken has a video of it im sure

its a process of "scoring" or "scratching" the cylinder to help set the new rings.
you can get a cheap kit from an auto store.

The crosshatching in the cylinder is to retain oil to lubricate the piston, without the honing the rings would scrape the oil off the bore and the piston would wear from not having an oil buffer!
