Yes it will.It will bolt up fine.

i found it on ebay and sometimes they have bids on them but cant find a bid one.im just getting pissed off at my brakes.i piad 75 for a banshee setup and had to buy another master cylinder and now the caliper leaks out the piston so i will have to buy another one.so basically i paid 75 for a damn rubber brake line

the banshee caliper is rebuildable, all the seals are available., same with the master cylinder. hydraulics are actually very simple.
