Do i need to adjust my carb if I change the fuel mixture?

Hi I just rebuilt my blaster and want to stop mixing 40:1 and start mixing 32:1. What will that do and do I need to adjust my carb??

You may need to alter the main jet, as changing from 40:1 to 32:1 there will be less fuel in the mix.

The idle speed adjustment may also need to be reset.

Plug chop to confirm.

What does "alter jet" mean im new to this stuff and have no idea.

Go up in size on the jet. You will also want to plug chop.. What all did you do on the rebuild out of curiosity?

All I did was put a new piston with rings.

The peice of the top ring broke.off and my piston had a small crack in it.
