cylinder and piston help needed

does anyone know what the gap between the cylinder wall and the piston is supposed to be?

depends on what you have for a piston i believe wiseco is .003 but thats all i really know

correct, 3 thousandths, but i think you can get away with up to 5 thousandths, the manual will tell you the service limits, lemme look

THanks that helps out alot i tried to start my blaster after getting a new piston kit and noticed i didnt have engough compression (only 25psi) and it came to be that i had ordered the wrong piston size, so im going to get the cylinder bored now and wanted to be able to tell the machine shop what the clearence should be.

though isnt that only for stock pistons not cast cuz my old top end had.0015 and wicked bad piston slap
