If your worryed about the frame,just use low grade steel bolts.The bolts will break before your frame will.The bolts will be the weak point that will give to save the frame.

i've got one that was made by my wife's uncle at csx railroad and i dont think anything will break it, it's made of 1" round stock. i'll put a pic on later. it's just a little heavier than stock.
