Here is some pics of my 10 FT box van that I picked up for $1500. Its a 1995 GMC G3500 1 ton. It has 166,000 miles, a new Vortec 4.3 engine and has ice cold A/C! Good Deal or what?!

It is my new moto hauler. I used to have a chevy van and it was completely packed full and was hard to get around in. Now I can load ..EVERYTHING without any problemI:I!

I say good deal I:I If you don't use all the room in the box to haul your toys you could build a small work bench in the nose, throw some tools and spare parts in there and you would be set.

Nice van. I wasn't aware that the 1 ton chassis ever came with a 4.3. Must have been a special order fleet unit at one time. Very practical for your intended use though.

Yeah I thought so too. The engines list for 95' were...

4.3 L Gas
5.7 L Gas
5.7 L Natural Gas
6.5 L Diesel
7.4 L Gas

The 4.3 runs well and has no issues hauling EVERYTHING!

Yeah the Vortec 4.3 is a stout little workhorse. I've had a few of them over the years.
